After a session, you can give feedback on a tutor and rate a session thumbs up or thumbs down. If you give a tutor a thumbs down after a session, we try our best to ensure that you do not get matched with a tutor that you disliked. However, there is a chance that you may still be matched with a tutor that you previously rated 👎 depending on tutor availability and times of high usage.
