How does the five day trial work?

We provide a five day risk-free trial period for only the 12 month Yup Scholar plan and for first time Yup plan holders. During the five day trial, you will have access to 24/7 unlimited tutoring with Yup. We recommend that students use Yup a minimum of three times to understand how Yup can best help them.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please complete the Yup Cancellation Request Form within the five day trial period for the refund to be considered. We'll then process your cancellation and file a full refund for you. Once the cancellation has been processed by our Support Team, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email and the full refunded amount will be in your account within three to five business days.
